Argoid Upsell Cross Sell integrates seamlessly with Shopify Ecosystem and collects the data points required to understand user behavior. It, then, processes these data points in realtime to identify the products that can be recommended, to enable quick discovery of products, accurate cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and improved conversions.

Once the ‘Argoid Upsell Cross Sell Engine’ App is installed, we collect the following data from your Shopify store. 1.Product 2.Product Variants 3.Collections 4.Orders 5.Behavioral events like View product, Click Product, Add Product to Cart

Argoid collects the catalog data using Shopify GraphQL API and behavioral events in realtime using scripts integrated by Argoid into Shopify.

Typically, Argoid enables the upsell, cross-sell recommendations sections in default style, and takes a maximum of 60 minutes. However, matching the store's theme style may take longer, usually, within 1-2 days of selecting the type of recommendations, depending upon the complexity of the theme. The status of progress can be seen under each type.

We can enable product recommendations for upsell and cross-sell on Home and Product pages, by default, via the ‘Argoid Upsell Cross Sell’ App. In addition, our team can enable recommendations on the following pages - Collections Page, Cart Page and Search - on request.

Argoid collects the information about products that are viewed, added to cart and ordered through Argoid Recommendations. Using this data point, we determine the Number of Clicks, Cart Additions and Orders ‘influenced’ by Argoid over a period of time. In order to track orders influenced by Argoid, we require a tracking script to be included in Checkout Settings. The store admin can do this.
